The Telecommunications Service Priority (“TSP”) program provides National Security and Emergency Preparedness (“NS/EP”) customers priority authorization for telecommunications services that are vital to coordinating and responding to crises. The TSP program authorizes and requires Orange Business to give priority in provisioning and restoring NS/EP services. Orange Business provides TSP services in accordance with Appendix A to Part 64 of the Federal Communications Commission’s Rules.
The Orange Business TSP program ensures this priority treatment for the nation's most important telecommunication services after receipt of a qualified NS/EP customer's valid TSP authorization code, as assigned by the Office of Priority Telecommunications. A telecommunications service with a valid TSP authorization code is assured of receiving the company’s full and timely attention.
