Current Analysis has conducted research with the leading virtual contact center (VCC) providers that sell to large enterprises and MNCs in the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on their multi-channel call collection, agent management and cloud capabilities. The carriers examined were Orange Business, BT Global Services, Telstra and Tata Communications, with the view to assessing the functional scope of their offerings, the geographical coverage and the carriers’ ability to support enterprise deployments in the region.
