Issues and challenges
After digitizing its customer relations, Nexity has taken on the task of upgrading its intranet, in terms of both technology and use, with two primary objectives: carefully establish the “Nexity” shared brand and encourage internal communications throughout all of its business lines. To do this, Nexity needed to implement new communication methods within the company’s social networks to streamline the distribution of information related to the Group and internal projects and to facilitate cross-functional sharing of knowledge and business-line skills.
