For businesses with simpler telephony requirements, a Microsoft Calling Plan could be a good fit. This cloud-based telephony service comes with a per-user-per-month fee consisting of a phone number for inbound calls along with a bundle of minutes for outbound calls. Microsoft is the PSTN carrier and provides the connection to the public telephony network for both domestic and international Calling Plans.

Large businesses, especially multinational companies, usually require tailored solutions which are more flexible, scalable, adaptable and integrated with other solutions. Orange Direct Routing for Teams is the perfect choice, however in some cases, businesses are looking to mix both. In this case Operator Connect combines the simplicity of Calling Plans with the advantages of Direct Routing from Orange.
