Orange Business: Trust the Future in Action

Orange Business is entering a new chapter with its Trust the Future strategy, launched by Orange Group in February 2026. Building on the foundations of Lead the Future, the strategy positions trust as a critical differentiator in a world shaped by AI, geopolitical uncertainty and rapid technological change. The ambition is to establish trust in networks, data, partners and Orange itself as a foundation for sustainable business growth.

The transformation reflects a fundamental shift in the enterprise services market. Traditional connectivity, including private circuits and MPLS, is no longer sufficient to meet customer expectations. Orange Business is moving towards an integrated model combining Connectivity, Cloud and Cybersecurity, supported by AI, platforms and a stronger partner ecosystem. The focus is increasingly on customer outcomes rather than individual technology components, while infrastructure resilience and sovereignty remain important differentiators.

Three platforms underpin this approach. Evolution Platform provides trusted connectivity, with more than 500 customers, 25 solutions and 16 partners. Its roadmap includes quantum-safe networking through Quantum Defender, developed with Cisco. Cloud Avenue, Orange's sovereign and private cloud platform, serves more than 1,000 customers and is extending into edge computing and industrial data integration. Live Intelligence, the trusted AI platform, is deployed across more than 100 enterprises, with over 100,000 combined users. Live Intelligence Studio extends this proposition into agentic AI, helping businesses move beyond proofs of concept towards production-ready, governed and scalable solutions.

Execution is central to the strategy. Orange Business has simplified its portfolio by approximately half and is investing €300 million in IT modernisation to establish a new, AI-first operating model. Service Model 2.0, built around ServiceNow, aims to deliver a more consistent customer experience, supported by greater automation, monitoring and observability. Developing employee capabilities is equally important: the company reports more than 22,000 certifications and over 6,000 employees reskilled in the past three years.

Partnerships are another key pillar.

The strategic agreement with Tech Mahindra is intended to strengthen service delivery and expand Orange Business's reach, particularly in North America. A broader partner ecosystem also creates additional routes to market and helps address the needs of different customer segments, including small and medium-sized businesses.

Overall, Orange Business has established important building blocks for a more integrated, platform-led business. Its challenge now is to translate these capabilities into clearly articulated customer value and measurable business outcomes. The expansion of AI, cloud and connectivity into sector-specific solutions, including healthcare and defence, offers opportunities to deepen customer relationships and reach new markets.

Ultimately, Trust the Future will be judged by how effectively Orange Business earns customer trust through tangible results. Its success depends on moving beyond technology-led propositions towards solutions that demonstrably improve customers' businesses.
