Orange Business Services wins multiple awards at Cisco Partner Summit 2017


Cisco held its annual Partner Summit October 31 – November 2 in Dallas, Texas. During this event, partners from all over the world gathered with one common goal: to support our customers’ digital future, solving some of the most complex challenges for businesses and society.

The event also was the opportunity to recognize the performance of top global partners for outstanding achievements, continued commitment and delivering value to our joint customers.

This year, Orange Business Services received the “EMEAR Partner of the Year” award, recognizing our strong growth in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia.

Specific to France, Orange Business Services also received the following awards:

  • Architectural Excellence: Collaboration
  • Enterprise Partner of the year
  • France Partner of the Year

Fabrice de Windt is Senior Vice President Europe at Orange Business Services since July 1st 2017 and is based in Brussels, Belgium.

With 17 years’ experience in ICT in sales functions, Fabrice is driving an ambitious revenue growth plan by focusing on the innovation that Orange can bring to its customers and on continuously improving the way we operate and engage with them. The key growth areas are the transition to software defined networks, the array of solutions that enable businesses such as Unified Collaboration, Cloud Computing, Contact Centre Solutions, Cybersecurity, amongst many other as well as the integration of M2M and internet of Things into the business model of our customers. He’s keen to support them in all the geographies where they are present and where they want to expand to outside of Europe.

Fabrice’s responsibilities also include defining the regional partner strategy and ensuring the right emphasis is given to the right partner, managing presales functions and practices, and ensuring the organisation is geared to provide the best customer experience, with the final intention of delivering on our customers’ expectations and being their trusted digital transformation partner. He is also executive sponsor on key new logo opportunities and existing customers.

Fabrice has held senior positions in sales functions across several companies in the telecom and IT industry. After 10 years in AT&T, evolving from an account manager role to country manager and then in charge of the EMEA offer development, he has carried on to HP before joining British Telecom and steering the bid management activities at a global level. He then took on the lead for the global banking and financial markets vertical before becoming the CEO for the Benelux cluster. Throughout his career, Fabrice has addressed both medium and large enterprise markets, with sales but also operational and delivery responsibilities.

Fabrice de Windt studied at BME in Ghent and obtained a BA in Marketing.

Fabrice speaks English, Dutch and French fluently and is the proud father of 3 children. In his spare time Fabrice likes to play tennis and golf.
