This classification shows a penchant for reinventing concepts and avenues, changing the very nature of how things are done from the ground up. Unlike leaders, innovators have chosen to dominate a few select areas or industries and distinguish themselves based on superior innovation. These radicals are always hungry to create pioneering advancements in the industry and are actively sought after as trailblazers, redefining the rules of the game.

According to Avasant

"With enterprises increasingly dependent on multiple vendors, the need has risen for standardized SLAs and KPIs designed to accurately monitor vendor performance. Moreover, governance is being provided across multiple tiers, including strategic, tactical and operational.

"Orange Business has developed proprietary offerings by leveraging its telco roots to provide end-to-end MSI services, differentiating itself from other systems integrators. Its solutions help companies manage LAN, WLAN, security services and remote access, while simplifying the supplier onboarding process. Its MSI Essential offering helps manage third-party Internet service providers in SD-WAN projects. It introduced its MSI for Mobility to provide management and governance of internal and external mobile providers on behalf of enterprises, ensuring the performance of multiple vendors aligns with business and mobile user needs.

"The Orange Business initiative to carve out its space by utilizing its telco roots and enable performance monitoring of vendors through proprietary offerings and tools has placed Orange Business as an innovator in Avasant’s Multisourcing Service Integration 2021–2022 RadarView."
