Orange Business stood out on the Strategy criteria, scoring highly on Product Vision and on the Offering axis, with excellent results for its core services portfolio. Forrester noted that "the vendor's product vision outpaces some of its main European competitors, given the increasing number of PaaS services available, and its sovereign offering differentiates it from the hyperscalers."
According to Forrester, "The Flexible Engine solution provides a complete set of services and tools to support native application development, while its professional services offering helps customers refactor applications."
