Welcome to My Service Space!
Once your My Service Space account is created, you will receive your login details via email, including a link to set up your password.
Afterward, connect to the My Service Space portal using the provided URL.
Please take a moment to explore the online help section which contains documentation on how to use My Service Space and its services.
- To access the online help, simply click on the "Get Help" icon in the navigation menu.
- From there, you can select tutorials and start guides for the main functions of your customer portal, including dashboards, reports, and monitoring etc.
- You can also submit a service request to the support team for an onboarding session ("Have a question?" banner).
