Aliette Mousnier-Lompré

Chief Executive Officer, Orange Business and Executive Vice President, Orange Group
Aliette Mousnier-Lompré is Chief Executive Officer of Orange Business, leading the company’s global transformation since May 2022. With a career at Orange spanning nearly two decades, Aliette brings deep expertise in business development, innovation, and operational excellence. She has held several key leadership roles, including EVP of Global Enterprise Networks and EVP of Customer Service and Operations, shaping the company’s transformation and customer-centric approach. A former semi-professional football player, she holds a master’s degree in international business from Sciences Po Paris and has studied at the University of California, Berkeley.

Daniel Benoit

Finance Director
Daniel Benoit serves as Chief Financial Officer of Orange Business, leading the company’s global financial strategy and operations since July 2024. With extensive experience in finance, audit, and international management, Daniel has held key leadership roles across multiple industries. He began his career in Madagascar and audit before joining Xerox France, where he advanced through positions in controlling and internal audit to become CFO. Daniel later served as Managing Director of European Leasing in London and CFO for emerging markets, ultimately leading finance for the group’s International zone. Prior to joining Orange Business, he was CFO for France and Southern Europe at Atos Group, where he played a pivotal role in organizational transformation and profitability improvement. Daniel holds a degree from ESSEC Business School.

Dirk Naumann

Chief Legal Officer, EVP Legal, Regulatory and Compliance
Dirk Naumann is Chief Legal Officer, EVP Legal, Regulatory and Compliance at Orange Business. He leads a global team across 24 cities on five continents, overseeing all legal affairs as well as the group’s compliance, digital integrity, data protection, and corporate governance programs. Dirk reports to the CEO and is a member of the Orange Business Executive Board. Prior to joining Orange, Dirk held a variety of legal and regulatory positions, including roles at a national mobile operator, a joint venture building mobile networks in several European countries, an energy supplier, and in private practice. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), the world’s largest organization for in-house lawyers. Dirk studied law and history and was admitted as an attorney-at-law to the Munich Bar in 1998.

Eka Kamushadze

Head of Transformation
Eka Kamushadze is Head of Transformation at Orange Business, where she leads strategic transformation programs to maximize company’s capacity to succeed in an ever-changing environment. With extensive experience in business and sales operations, finance, and contract management, Eka brings a holistic approach to driving operational excellence and organizational change. She has held a variety of management roles within the International Business division and has served on several boards of commercial and charitable organizations. Eka holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland and a master’s in physics from Tbilisi State University.

Hriday Ravindranath

Chief Digital and Information Officer
Hriday Ravindranath is the Chief Digital and Information Officer at Orange Business, a position he has held since May 2023. Passionate about technology, leading change, and disrupting markets, Hriday oversees the digital team, managing it towards a role of thought leadership to bring the best innovations from Orange Business and its partners. His team builds an industry-leading portfolio designed with environmentally conscious principles to meet customers' digital needs. Previously, he served as Chief Product & Digital Officer at BT Global and was recognized as one of the youngest CTIOs in the industry when he was appointed at 33. A World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, Hriday holds MSc degrees from the University of Oxford and the University of Edinburgh.

Jean-Bernard Orsoni

Director of Brand and Communications
Jean-Bernard Orsoni has served as Brand and Communications Director at Orange Business since July 2023, where he leads both internal and external communication strategy. His responsibilities include promoting Orange's B2B activities, structuring brand architecture, and developing executive thought leadership programmes.
Previously, Jean-Bernard led communications for Orange Innovation, driving the Group's innovation strategy and modernising editorial and employee engagement initiatives.
Earlier in his career, as Group Director of Press and Digital Influence, he defined the Group's overarching influence strategy and coordinated crisis communications at Group level.
A recognised crisis communications specialist, Jean-Bernard regularly lectures at Sciences Po and the Institut Catholique de Paris. He holds a degree from EFAP Management, obtained in 1998.

Mireille Helou

Chief Operating Officer
Mireille Helou is the Chief Operating Officer of Orange Business, responsible for global delivery and operations. As a key member of the Executive Committee, she drives strategic performance, enhances customer satisfaction, and champions innovation across markets.
With an extensive international career in information technology and telecommunications, Mireille has held leadership roles spanning procurement, logistics, and digital transformation initiatives in both B2B and B2C sectors. She has served as CEO of Orange Silicon Valley, led Orange Réunion and Mayotte, and was Senior Vice President for the MENA region at Orange Middle East and Africa.
Her strategic vision and leadership have accelerated innovation, optimized operations, and expanded market reach. An engineering graduate in mechanical engineering from the American University of Beirut, Mireille also holds governance certifications from Sciences Po and the French Institute of Directors.

Rob Willcock

CEO, Orange Business International
Rob Willcock serves as International CEO of Orange Business, where he is responsible for strengthening the company’s position with multinational and large national customers outside France. With over 25 years of leadership experience in business and technology, Rob's previous experience in senior roles at Orange included President for the Americas and Managing Director for UK and Ireland. His expertise spans consulting, business development, and global customer programs, complemented by executive experience at Flowbird Group and IBM Global Services. Rob holds an MSc in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Cranfield University.

Usman Javaid

Chief Product and Marketing Officer
Dr. Usman Javaid is the Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Orange Business, where he spearheads strategic value creation, product performance (P&L), and the company’s AI-powered transformation. As a key architect of Orange Business’s transition to a platform-based model, he drives sustainable growth through continuous product innovation. With over 20 years of international leadership experience at Amazon Web Services and Vodafone, Usman Javaid has guided both enterprises and startups in leveraging technology to achieve tangible, measurable results. A recognized innovator, he holds more than 10 patents and has authored over 25 scientific publications. He earned his Ph.D. and Masters degrees in Computer Science from the University of Bordeaux and the University of Paris respectively. Fluent in four languages, he brings a truly global perspective to technology, strategy, and digital transformation.

Wassila Zitoune-Dumontet

CEO, Orange Business France
Wassila Zitoune-Dumontet is CEO of Orange Business France, leading the company’s operations and strategic direction since early 2025. With over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and services sector, Wassila is recognized for her expertise in marketing, communication, sales, and operations, as well as her leadership in large-scale organizational and business model transformations. She oversees more than 7,000 employees, including 4,000 digital, data, and AI experts, and manages a business valued at €4 billion. Wassila has held several senior roles within Orange Business, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing & Digital Officer, and within the Orange Group, including EVP Global Roaming International, Chief Marketing and Communication Officer at Orange Morocco, and Director of Sales and Operations at Orange Jordan. Deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, she actively supports several major initiatives and programs. Wassila holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from HEC Paris and an Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from École Polytechnique d’Alger.
