Building CASA: a smart, connected solution

Orange Business implemented a robust, user-centric case management solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and SharePoint. The system, named CASA, centralizes the processing of legal cases and facilitates collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders via a secure digital platform.

Case management is handled through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, which supports workflows such as case creation, assignment, tracking, and deadline monitoring.

•    All documents are automatically stored and indexed in SharePoint, ensuring easy searchability and structured document management.

•    Secure access for external users, including legal professionals, is provided via Microsoft Power Pages.

•    Business intelligence is powered by Microsoft Power BI, enabling advanced reporting and data-driven decision-making.

From manual to modern: what has changed

The implementation of CASA has brought measurable improvements in both daily operations and long-term strategic objectives.

The launch of CASA marked a major milestone in the Authority’s digital transformation. This centralized platform consolidated all aspects of case management into a single, intuitive interface. Users now benefit from real-time visibility into their open and closed cases, simplified time tracking, and improved document management.

Thanks to secure access for external stakeholders and integrated tools, the system now enables faster, more accurate, and more collaborative handling of legal cases. CASA has become the cornerstone of the Authority’s digital strategy, paving the way for new innovations and increased scalability in the years to come.
