Customer advisory board
The Orange Customer Advisory Board (CAB) is a unique community of senior decision-makers from 25 global customer organizations. Through ongoing exchange with Orange executives, the CAB enables us to ensure that our strategy is fully aligned to meet and anticipate customer business requirements.
The CAB brings our customers privileged access to our management and to one another, enabling ongoing dialogue on business challenges and the most relevant topics for both the B2B and B2B2C space. These topics, from network to security to cloud, and much more, are identified by our members and a customer Chairman, guiding how and what we do to bring value to our customers around the globe.
The CAB brings the voice of the customer to Orange management and guides our product portfolio and how we engage with customers, while providing a forum for exchange among CIOs and thought leaders across industry sectors. In addition to yearly face-to-face meetings on both sides of the Atlantic, Orange maintains a dialogue with CAB members via regular conference calls, briefings, working groups and our annual executive survey. The CAB is one of many customer communities at Orange to maintain a spirit of transparency, exchange and collaboration with stakeholders within our customers’ organizations.
