DSL, WiFi and Ethernet are now MPLS VPN connectivity options in China thanks to these new partnerships. This three-fold expansion of access services gives our customers the scalable communications solution they require to meet their adaptive business needs. And China is just one of the key markets in which we have increased our access options.

- DSL
In China, DSL is offered extensively in Shanghai, Beijing and in 18 out of 23
China provinces through China Netcom and China Telecom affiliated local ISPs.
We offer DSL-based access in 58 countries around the world with more added each
week. Additional coverage is planned for Russia (Moscow area), New Zealand, United
Arab Emirates, Cyprus, Costa Rica, Ukraine, Thailand, Philippines, Kenya, Algeria,
Croatia by end of Q2 07.

Ethernet Access
We can offer Ethernet-based access in China in 21 cities through our partnership
with China Telecom. Today we offer Ethernet access in 20 countries around the
world expanding to 28 by the end of 2007.

WiFi
Business Everywhere users can connect to their MPLS VPN through more than 1000
WiFi hotspots throughout China. We provide this option in partnership with Coordinate,
the largest aggregator of business-grade WiFi in China, and China Mobile, China
Netcom and China Telecom among others. These additional hotspots bring our worldwide
coverage to more than 60,000 hotspots in 60 countries, including Hong Kong, Japan,
Singapore and Taiwan.
