ITIL® (IT Infrastructure Library) is the global standard in process methodology for the delivery of quality IT services. According to the Yankee Group's 2007 Managed IT and Communications Services survey of large enterprises:  "ITIL® competence has become a key supplier selection criteria for managed IT and communications services among large enterprises in key markets."
