Orange Business Services in Latin America

We have a long history in Latin America and have been operating networks in the region for over 50 years. Today, our footprint consists of 160 points of presence (PoPs) in 31 counties with full network redundancy and diversity.
 
In 2009, we doubled the capacity of our next generation IP network in Latin America to 2.5 Gbps and introduced IPv6 support in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico. The expanded network capacity has been implemented in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico and Venezuela. Additional upgrades are underway for Honduras and Panama.

We maintain a regional staff of over 600 people, most of whom are directly involved with customers via our sales offices in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela. In addition, Brazil is home to 500 customer service and operations professionals at our Major Service Center, one of four that supports customers worldwide.
