My Service Space - account request
Accounts will be created within five business days, subject to validation and authorization.
The following features will be included in your account:
service support (report an incident / incident dashboard / webchat / knowedgebase / notification rules)
information center (library, messaging)
account set-up (filters, notifications, change password)
billing (view invoices, credit notes, billing reports, submit billing queries).
If you would like to request additional support features (such as service management, change management, disconnect request, reporting, inventory and monitoring) please contact your customer representative to request these additional features once your account has been issued.
Upon activation, the account will allow interaction with the Service Desk for incident management, billing view (optional) and support.
