At this year’s World Communications Awards 2015 held in London, UK, Orange Business Services walked away with the Users’ Choice award. “The award is for excellence in customer care in business services, and its value stems from the fact that the winner is decided based on extensive research among end users,” say the organizers at Total Telecom magazine.
To determine the Users’ Choice award, Total Telecom partnered with customer experience analysts Ocean82. It surveyed over 1,000 respondents in multinational corporations in more than 30 countries.
Orange Business Services was chosen as the winner because it received the highest customer satisfaction index (CSI) score in an analysis of survey responses. The survey collected respondents’ views on customer satisfaction around products, value for money and customer support over a 12-month period.
