Orange Business Services has built on its 15+ years of workspace transformation to offer the first workspace user experience dashboard, integrated with its VDI solution Flexible Workspace. While Flexible Workspace already allows secure successful transformation by auditing users' behavior through an audit (Flexible Workspace Vision), it now goes one step beyond by proposing to IT organizations the power of Big Data technologies to continuously monitor key user experience metrics for optimum productivity.
