From the beginning, Nice has delivered recording equipment that integrates with our Trading Solutions Voice Platforms.
As approved Platinum NASP (Nice Authorized Service Partner), we can fully supply, install, commission and support voice recording solutions globally. This is even possible on customer sites fitted with older third party voice equipment: storage technology, for example, is evolving from tape and hard disk to SANs (Storage Area Networks).
The integration with Nice recording system covers
* a SQL compatible open customer-server system, featuring a dedicated server able to manage a communication database of several millions recordings
* a self maintained station ensuring continuous supervision of all components and triggering an alarm in case of anomaly. Orange Business Services - Trading Solutions has developed a unique redundancy solution for improved Business Continuity Planning strategy by the name of 'N+1 solution'. Whenever one of the N loggers installed breaks down, the N+1 takes immediately the lead.
* different call replaying modes: station connected to the network (also used for network supervision and management duties), deported on a multimedia PC, or deported on a Trading Solutions Mach turret (this functionality allows you to access to your last conversations through handsets or watch: a password secures the playback page), remote playback on a PC connected to the network, remote playback station connected through a line.
