comprehensive service including metrics and analysis of network efficiency factors and optimizing operation of network applications
critical to business processes without additional investments in network infrastructure upgrades. - Managed
Router
A comprehensive solution providing life-cycle management for the customer’s equipment (routers). The service
includes delivery, installation and configuration of the equipment as well as maximizing efficiency and fault-free operation.
The equipment can be either customer-owned or leased from Orange. - Service Level Agreements

expanded set of guaranteed factors of service above the basic level. SLAs are a value-added service for the complete range
of Orange services including Business VPN, Managed Router and access services.
