Richard graduated from Groningen State Polytechnics, the Netherlands and University of North Carolina, USA
Richard van Wageningen was appointed CEO of Orange Business Services in Russia and CIS by the Board of directors in September, 2013. Richard van Wageningen brings extensive leadership experience in IT and telecommunications industry – both with the services and equipment manufacturing companies. Having started his career with AT&T in Russia, Richard assumed leading positions in Lucent Technologies in Saudi Arabia, Portugal and the Netherlands. Richard returned to Russia in 2005 to head the Russian operations of British Telecom. Since 2010, Richard van Wageningen led Linxdatacenter in Russia as CEO.
Richard has lived in Russia for 8 years and speaks fluent Russian.

Olga Baranova has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 15 years. In Sept., 2008, Olga joined Orange Business Services team in Russia and the CIS as Head of Business, Quality & Processes Optimization department and in 2012 was appointed Head of Customer Support and Operations.
Prior to joining the company, Olga served from 1997 to 2003 as director of logistics at Lucent Technologies. From 2003 to 2008, she worked at Rostelecom as head of the office for the operational support of implementing projects for the department of network development.

Aleksei graduated from Moscow Electrotechnical Institute of Telecommunications and holds a diploma from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University (USA) in Financial Management of Telecommunications Companies
Aleksei Kalinkin has managed the company's licensing division since 1995. From 1990 to 1995, Aleksei held management positions in the RSFSR Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the Russian Federation, and in the central directorate of Rostelecom, OJSC, the Russian national operator of long-distance domestic and international telephone services. From 1982 to 1990, he held engineering and management positions in the USSR Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications.
In 1993 Aleksei was awarded the title "Master of Telecommunications of the Russian Federation" by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the Russian Federation, in recognition of his success in improving the country's information and telecommunications complex and in implementing federal and regional programs to develop telecommunications and informatics.
Head of Human Resources
Irina has more than 15 years experience in the areas of Human Resource (HR) management and education. Academically, her credentials include a PhD in English Philology and Lexicography and most recently, she completed an MBA at Kingston University in the UK, specializing in Business and Law.
Irina transitioned from academia six years ago where she was a Professor at Samara State University and Dean of English Department to the HR field initially with Luxoft (IBS company) and then with Orange Russia where she started 2006 in a position of Human Resources Manager leading to the position of Deputy Head of Human Resources and currently/since 2010 Head of Human Resources.

Andrei graduated from Moscow State Law Academy
Andrei Zorin has worked for Orange Business Services Russia since 2007 and was appointed Head of Legal in 2010.
