Liz Claiborne Inc. expands relationship with Orange Business Services by deploying an IP Telephony solution

More than 500 employees in China and Hong Kong will collaborate using IP phones
Liz Claiborne Inc. has expanded its relationship with Orange Business Services
by deploying and implementing an efficient, cost-effective IP Telephony solution
and signing a three-year maintenance contract.
Liz Claiborne Inc., headquartered in New York City, designs and markets an extensive
range of branded women's and men's apparel, accessories and fragrance products.
Orange Business Services will provide Liz Claiborne Inc. with IP Telephony deployment
and associated Professional Services, including Field Operations and Integration
Services, logistics, 24/7 maintenance and ongoing consultancy. The solution will
serve Liz Claiborne Inc. sites in China and Hong Kong, including 500 IP phone
users.

Orange Business Services, a Cisco Global Certified Partner, will manage the IP
Telephony infrastructure, freeing up the customer’s internal IT resources for
other activities. Liz Claiborne Inc. will benefit from IP Telephony’s collaborative
features, including voice conferencing and the integration of business applications
and other communication tools.
