Orange Business Services appoints senior vice president, Europe

Dr. Helmut Reisinger brings strategic business focus to new role
 
Orange Business Services named Dr. Helmut Reisinger its new senior vice president, Europe.
 
With 15 years experience in enterprise technology, Reisinger will be responsible for positioning Orange Business Services as the leading enterprise communications services provider overseeing the delivery of the full portfolio of value-added service offerings to customers throughout Western Europe and Central Europe (including Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia).
 
Reisinger reports to Barbara Dalibard, president and CEO of Orange Business Services, and is a member of the Executive Committee.
 
"Helmut brings a strategic business focus to this role," said Dalibard. "His experience in finding strategic ways to grow revenue while improving operational results will be instrumental in helping Orange Business Services to continue in Europe its progress toward becoming a truly integrated operator, through our strategic NExT program."
 
Prior to joining Orange Business Services, Reisinger was vice president for Western Europe at Avaya Inc. Before joining Avaya, Reisinger was CEO of private equity owned NextiraOne Germany and a member of the European Executive Committee and also had several leadership positions during his nine-year career with Alcatel Austria.

Reisinger replaces Philippe Koebel who is now senior vice president, Emerging Markets and Indirect Channels for Orange Business Services. Member of the Executive Committee, Koebel will lead Emerging Markets (including Middle East, Africa, Southeastern Europe and Russia) and ensure that the company has the right level of activity in these regions where key growth opportunities lie. He will also act as a competence center providing support for all other emerging markets throughout the world. In addition, Koebel will have the overall responsibility of the Indirect Channels, including SITA activity, Partner Business Support as well as the overall strategy and coordination of our Telco Partners.
