Orange Business Services Appoints New Senior Vice President, Americas

Diana Einterz Leonard brings extensive customer service experience to new role
 
Orange Business Services has named Diana Einterz Leonard as its new Senior Vice President of the Americas. With more than 25 years experience in the telecommunications and services business, Leonard will be responsible for the evolution and strategic implementation of Orange Business Services revenue growth plan in the Americas, with a special focus on the services business.
 
“Diana has built and led impressive teams, and driven successful customer-centric initiatives throughout her career,” said Barbara Dalibard, president and CEO, Orange Business Services. “Her experience and focus on customer service and satisfaction will prove to be an essential asset in Orange Business Services’ transformation.
 
Leonard has had several leadership roles during her six years with Orange Business Services. Most recently she was the Head of International Operations in the Customer Services & Operations organization where she oversaw a group that delivered installation and maintenance services to multinational companies in more than 220 countries and territories. Leonard has also been responsible for the field services and customer service delivery organizations. Since joining the company, she has improved costs by more than 30 percent in those organizations.

Before joining Orange Business Services, Leonard developed and delivered new and innovative technologies for the U.S. domestic and international markets for AT&T. Leonard has also been instrumental in the implementation of mergers, and has shepherded successful organizations from inception to maturity.
 
Leonard replaces Mack Treece who is leaving Orange Business Services to pursue other opportunities.
