A suite of services to improve visibility, management and performance of applications
Orange Business Services is launching Business Acceleration, a suite of business
services based on a threefold approach to optimize global communications infrastructure.
Business Acceleration illustrates Orange Business Services’ goal to help its customers
to deliver outstanding performances on their core business applications.
This suite of business services encompasses three different phases.
The analysis phase, in order to gain end-to-end visibility on business critical applications, on
the way they are used and on the way the current infrastructure affects their
performances.
The management phase, in order to ensure the efficient and harmonized operation of the end-to-end infrastructure
and application environment.
The optimization phase, in order to get the most out of the customer’s infrastructure and improve its
business applications’ performance.
“Companies face the challenges of consistent delivery of quality services; alignment
of business and IT; adaptability; resources; and cost,” said Karl Heinzelmann,
head of Professional Services at Orange Business Services. “Business Acceleration
includes consulting services that help companies meet these challenges.”
Focused on application-centric networking, Business Acceleration from Orange
Business Services provides a predictive end-user experience beyond the infrastructure
and enables performance guarantees to end-users. As a result, companies experience
improved application performance and an aggregated SLA at the application level.
A dashboard combining data of the modeled behavioral aspects enables the on-going
service management aligned to application needs. This service is available whether
or not Orange Business Services is the network provider.
