BNP Paribas chose to work with Orange Business Services in a core aspect of its business, customer relationship management. We delivered an integrated voice over IP and multi-channel CRM solution, which is used by the bank's 12,500 agents. It enables the bank to better balance the workload between its front office sales force and its back office staff, significantly improving its sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
