what's "new" about the security of cloud computing?
about me

There are three main reasons why I think security is of the utmost interest to readers. First, security is a cross-department topic by nature. The whole organization needs to consider strategies, attacks and defense. Second, it’s a field where things are moving fast, very fast. You never get bored, and there is always new material to discover and create. And finally, security is a close-knit community, in which everybody knows each other and shares vital information.
Information Systems Security (ISS) and cyber security is now in the spotlight. In fact, security is going from a company-wide level to nation-state level. You only have to look at the latest threats (such as Gauss, Stuxnet or Flame) and consider their impact on our hyper-connected world – where everything’s interconnected, from both a technical and a human standpoint.
Within Orange Business Services, I'm in charge of securing our cloud computing solutions and services. I'm the passionate kind, am an engaging blogger, and like to go off the beaten track. Sincerity is my tone and optimism and determination my two engines.
