ISO (International Organization for Standardization) recently awarded us three certificates in recognition of the quality of our management system and the efficiency of our processes. The new ISO 20000 is the benchmark standard in service management systems. This certification is the result of 18 months of work on our international processes and main operational sites, as well as more than three years of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) operational process alignment.
> ISO 20000 Service Management, which concerns the international processes and internal governance model of Orange
Business Services.
> ISO 9001 Quality Management (renewal and extension), which applies to all French key
accounts and all major international projects.
> ISO 27001 Security Management System, which applies to all
the international accounts managed by the Cairo MSC.
These certifications confirm our ability to offer you world
class service, quality and security management and follow ISO 15408 certification, which we received in November 2008 at the
Infosecurity trade show, for the security of our international IP VPN network.

Running the ICT infrastructure while providing the best possible quality of service , the highest level of security, the most up to date features, and the highest grade of usability, is a difficult task. This is why an increasing number of clients are deciding to focus on their core business activities therefore relinquishing the responsibility for provisioning, delivering and managing the network and associated services to a third party service provider or an outsourcing provider.
