Market watchers Current Analysis have rated Orange Business Services number one in its latest analysis of the IP telephony market in Europe. The analysts looked at Orange's Enterprise Telephony and Business Talk Global solutions and rated Orange highest overall against its competitors and in the criteria of: applications & features, platform and reach. Current Analysis says that Orange has the most extensive global IP telephony offer, with coverage in 102 countries for on-net traffic and 220 countries for off-net traffic as well as contact centre calling, which routes voice traffic to user-specified VPN site locations. Other strengths highlighted include: extensive PSTN breakout, Mobile Access availability in 28 countries, IP PBX and mobile integration, new collaborative client, and substantial scope for savings through flat rate offers.
