Orange Business Services earns top rating in IP Telephony, according to Current Analysis

The latest Current Analysis IP Telephony Product Assessment report rated Orange Business Services above its competitors in Europe.

The study looked at Orange's converged telephony services Business Talk and Enterprise Telephony. Strengths cited by Current Analysis include: Orange's service reach, with VoIP available in 102 countries; local voice service availability in eight countries; PSTN interconnects in 33 countries; and mobile access in 22 countries.
Unified Communications, service management, robust SLAs & reporting, and competitive pricing were the other strengths cited in the report. Dustin Kehoe, principal analyst, Current Analysis, said: “An early mover in the European VoIP market, Orange Business Services has the most extensive global IP Telephony offer, plus depth by providing local telephony services in eight countries and fixed-mobile convergence in 22 countries.
Orange Business Services continues to earn its top rating for IP Telephony in Europe." To date, Orange provides service for more than 450 multinational corporations at 7,000-plus sites and manages over 200,000 IP phones worldwide.
