Operator of Disneyland Resort Paris, Euro Disney Associés, has signed a contract with Orange Business Services to replace its entire PBX infrastructure.

This new agreement builds on the ongoing relationship between the two companies: Orange has been one of Euro Disney Associés’ 12 strategic partners since 1992.

Representing a total of 15,000 phone lines, the contract covers the financing, integration, operation and maintenance of the infrastructure by a dedicated team over a six-year period. The tailored solution provides seven different profiles based on employee activity, so that users can access relevant services over soft-phones or mobiles.
It also includes unified messaging and fixed-mobile convergence functionality. Users will be more easily reachable thanks to a dual calling function to their fixed line and mobile phone and will also benefit from having all PBX functionalities on their cell phone.
Orange is supporting the service through a dedicated on-site implementation and management team.
