Carlos Sartorius appointed Chief Operating Officer at Orange Business Services

New Orange Business Services Chief Operating Officer (COO) Carlos Sartorius brings 20-plus years experience in business management, sales, program management, marketing, and large project implementation to the role.
In addition, he has cross-functional international leadership experience in telecommunications and is skilled in global business practices and protocols. Based at Orange's Slough office in the UK, Carlos reports to Barbara Dalibard, president and CEO of Orange Business Services, and is a member of the Executive Committee. Sartorius will manage the operational activities of Orange Business Services: strategy, partnership, services transformation and information technology & systems.
