Orange Group has once again been named Top Employer Global

While I have only recently returned to Orange Business in my new role as the Global Head of HR and CSR, I know from my previous experience here as Head of International HR Services, Europe, Russia and CIS that at Orange our employees play a central role in our success. This is why we’re committed to recruiting and retaining the best talent and to giving our employees a great working environment.

Every day, we are experiencing the impact of the contribution of our engaged workforce to help our business win – therefore, our focus on how we can contribute to a positive employee experience is at the heart of our ambitions.

It is extremely satisfying for me to announce that Orange Group has again been named Top Employer Global for the fourth consecutive year. We’re one of only 14 companies to be certified as Top Employer Global 2019.

The award was presented to the Orange Group on February 14th at a ceremony in Amsterdam and acknowledges the policies and best practices in human resources across 32 countries and territories on the five continents where the Group operates.

In 2019, Orange Business has received 13 country certifications as a Top Employer and contributed to the Group’s continental certifications in Asia Pacific, Europe and Africa.

Top Employer Global 2019

Our focus on our people was made clear by the results of our annual Employee Barometer, which revealed that 90% of our employees are proud to work for Orange Business.

All these awards confirm that working for Orange and Orange Business is a unique experience and equal to the one that we strive to deliver to our customers. It also reflects the valuable efforts of our local teams to contribute to the environment, promote diversity and benefit society through our Corporate Social Responsibility programs.

Our reputation as a Top Employer in highly competitive labor markets is a powerful differentiator. It strengthens the employer brand of Orange and Orange Business, so we can attract and retain talented people with the right skills for tomorrow.

By applying people practices that enhance our attractiveness as an employer, support new ways of working and build a learning enterprise, we are engaging our teams in our shared ambition to be the leader in the new “Internet of Enterprises.”

I would like to personally, and publicly, take this opportunity to say to everyone – all the "humans inside" Orange – who worked so hard to make all of this possible, a big thank you.

We’re hiring!  Make 2019 the year you become part of our global success story. Visit orange.jobs for details of current opportunities.
